Along with an award-winning help desk, Technology Lab takes our approach beyond IT.
We conduct assessments to understand how your school operates and generates revenue. This process helps us determine your school’s “whys,” aligning your technology strategy with your goals. Understanding your school beyond the technical aspects identifies opportunities for improvement and performance led by technology.
Also unique, our approach to hiring engineers and technicians keeps the overall customer experience in mind. We focus on technical aptitude and the equally important human aspects of customer experience: empathy and people skills. We pride ourselves on our 97% customer satisfaction rate because it shows that we put our customers first.
Our company evolved from the commercial services division of Computer PROS. We started in Nashville, in 2009, as a small business services provider and evolved into a full Managed IT Services provider. We reached a point where our two businesses had grown so large that it made sense to divide the brands into more tailored ones for our clients. Both headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Computer PROS still provides excellent service and support to residential and small business customers, while Technology Lab services K-12 schools throughout the United States.
